Dr Kristian is our medical director at Xceed Vitality. He attended and graduated from Medical College of Wisconsin in 2002, having over 19 years of diverse experience in Emergency Medicine. Since then he has been involved with aesthetics which have evolved and advanced his practice. Dr Kemp is affiliated with many hospitals including Heber Valley Medical Center, Park City Medical Center and cooperates with other doctors and physicians in medical groups throughout the IHC Health Services Inc.
Dr Martin is a graduate of Parker University (Dallas, TX) where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2014. Dr Martin has a strong passion for innovative excellence, coupled with a unique style of treatments which his patients love and find to be very effective. Dr Martin utilizes a unique conglomeration of Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator, and ART muscle techniques to deliver advanced, chiropractic adjustments.
Tyrel Killian is a Registered Nurse and an accredited Nurse Injector at Xceed Vitality. Tyrel Killian founded and started Xceed Vitality in 2019. The mission of the practice is balancing your body through cosmetics and IV hydration. He has 13 years of experience of a level 4 trauma Emergency Room nurse. After his experience of helping people during their worst days of their lives, he decided to change direction of helping others to maintain wellness through preventative medicine. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. Then he went on to obtain his Medical Aesthetic Certification from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Salt Lake City, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada, where he received his Basic Cosmetic Injection Certification, Advanced Cosmetic Injection Certification, and Platelet Rich Plasma and Vampire Certifications.
Tyrel works closely under the supervision and direction Dr. Kristian Kemp, MD in both Roosevelt and Vernal locations. Together, our medical director and Tyrel offer a comprehensive approach to facial, sexual, joint and tissue rejuvenation, with a wide variety of IV hydration of nutrients and vitamins. IV Hydration provides patients with preventative wellness options for optimal results.
Tyrel truly exemplifies the mission of the practice, which is to be a positive force in the lives of patients, treat them with genuine kindness and respect, and help them achieve their aesthetic and tissue restoration goals through safe and effective treatments all a while maintaining balance in their body.
Popular injectables Tyrel uses frequently for facial and body rejuvenation include Botox & Dysport, Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, Restylane Silk, Sculptra, Kybella and numerous different trigger point techniques with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Alongside of cosmetics he offers a wide variety of IV Hydration and IV Therapies to replenish the body with essential nutrients. He’s incredibly passionate about helping patients look and feel their best and provides an individualized approach to treating patients through cutting edge non-surgical methods.
Tyrel Killian lives in Roosevelt, Utah with his wife, 1 daughter and twins on the way. He enjoys farming, horseback riding, waterskiing and spending time with family and friends.
